Having all of them in the deck is part of what makes it so focused and powerful, and its pretty sweet to pick them all up in one deck
The saving grace is that the odds of pulling a trainer as your rare are lower than in base set (Clefairy Doll and Devolution Spray - two really useless rare cards - thrown out, and a number of rare Pokmon from Jungle included)

All of which is to say, if you haven't gathered already, I'm a firm member of the target audience for Pokmon Trading Card Game Pocket, the upcoming mobile version of the Pokmon TCG, especially with its focus on collecting the cards themselves
