While I appreciate that these cards exist and are part of Legacy (and to a lesser extent, Modern), they don't have a place in Standard

Moving to a location is a change of state for your characters, it doesnt require them to be ready and it doesnt matter if their ink is drying, as long as its your turn and you have the ink to do so, you can move a character to any location you control
