This design allows WotC to print powerful, complex cards for Constructed at higher rarities so they dont unbalance the Limited format
The win conditions have been decent, but nothing compared to what they have had in the past
The advantage is that it provides a fixed numerical correction value regardless of the current number of resources, and because it is a permanent asset, there is no need to find and install it, and it does not run out, so you can use it as much as you want
