In the more token focused and/or aggressive decks this becomes very good

Gev gives your other creatures a bonus +1/+1 counter for each opponent who lost life already when those other creatures come into play, while also pinging them for one damage anytime you cast a Lizard spell

This is a cute little card, but I wish this was a 2/3 or 1/3 for two instead of being a four-drop
