The Kaiyo Master Blender's understanding of different whisky characteristics, the nuances of various cask types, maturation techniques, and the art of blending made 5 Wood possible. The characteristics contributed by each of the 5 different woods and the use of distilled Japanese new make spirit (aged exclusively by Kaiyo), gives
