Thelema's Toccata Op. 160/a Grade 3 Descant Syllabus 2018-2021 the work's dedicatees in SalfordContemporary Recorder composition for descant soprano recorder. This work was written for Sabine Ambos, a German instrumental player who formerly perfor med another work of mine dedicated to her, Ambos Toccata. I wrote the present work since Sabine shared with me the idea to give a concert in Frankfurt early in August 2019 and totally devoted to my solo recorder works. For this opportunity, she asked me to write a new work so as to give the premiere.
