This card would likely be playable even without the ability to ping, but with it, it just makes Theater that much stronger in the late game when both players are top-decking

The only differences between the two decks are the obvious visual changes required by the themes of each deck
The Dimir cards are more popularly played than the mono-colored ninja commanders because of their access to removal spells in black and card draw in blue
